Project Based Vouchers
The
Project-based
Voucher (PBV) program is a component of AHA’s Housing Choice Voucher
(HCV)
program. However, rather than using the voucher to lease up at any
house or
apartment that meets program requirements, the family must accept a
unit at a
development designated for PBV assistance.
